This is a story of how two people have prayed and how God has responded. It began with a girl praying for God to send her the man God knew would be the perfect one for her. God listened and Shawn came into her life bringing fun, friendship and a love so sweet that she is still amazed by it. The happy couple enjoyed many adventures and wonderful times together but eventually felt like something was missing. God was listening as always and sent Garrison, a child full of hugs, laughs and sunshine. The couple was so grateful for this child but eventually felt like something was still missing. Once again God listened to their prayers and sent Foster, a child with deep thoughts, sweet smiles and lots of precious angel kisses on his nose. The couple was again very grateful to have been so blessed but something was still missing. Ever faithful, God sent Trox, a child with endless energy who brings out the best in everyone around him and gathers smiles wherever he goes. Even with this third gift, the couple still felt something was missing and prayed for God to show them what more blessings he wanted to add to their lives. God answered that their last (?)- blessing was waiting for them in Russia. Join us as this story continues with their journey to Moscow.

Merry Christmas!

Lena is feeling much better now, sleeping and napping as well! Thank God and thank you all so much for the prayers. She is becoming less clingy and seems to trust us more each day. She still seems to prefer Christy but doesn't panic now when she leaves the room. We even had some quality time in the Sub-Lobby while Christy got some much needed sleep! Our sweet girl has learned to hold her hands up when she wants to be held and she does great nose kisses and snuggles. We have made up several new games, she really likes me to stack the cups so that she can knock them down. She holds her arms above her head when laying on her back to invite Christy to tickle her; very sweet giggles that come after that:-)

We decided to venture out on the town once again. Can't have her telling us we never showed her the beautiful city! Within minutes in the front carrier, she is fast asleep.

It is much easier to get around on foot with these crazy traffic jambs. Intersections are blocked all of the time here, forcing cars to wind across like below.

     Saint Basils and Red Square.

Home of the Tsars and part of the Kremlin. The pavers are all made out of granite.

A little window shopping at GUM, I'm a little concerned how much Lena smiled here :-)

The Moscow River, I had to put a Black beanie hat on Lena. We kept getting mean looks from the older Russian women about having a child out in this weather.

Naval monument honoring Peter the Great who was a Russian Tzar that founded St. Petersburg, modernized Russia and built the largest Naval Fleet in the world at that time.

Out for Christmas Eve Dinner.

We get all cleaned up for a night out on Christmas Day!

Go to TGI Friday's for a traditional Christmas Feast!

We hurry back to the room to watch our Wonderful boys on Christmas Morning. How amazing are our parents and children that we can do this all over Video Skype and hear no complaints. This has been a difficult time to miss out on but we have all made the best of it!

Merry Christmas to all of you, we are heading home tomorrow morning!
